Quick and tasty protein patties made from pantry staples.

Ingredientes

  • 1 can salmon, drained

  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon, or 3 teaspoons lemon juice concentrate

Preparación

  1. Mix all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl.

  2. Divide into 4 burgers once mixed.

  3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat

  4. Place burgers in a pan and fry until golden on each side and cooked all the way through. Enjoy…. Over salad, with dressing, veggies, or buns
