This burrito wraps up sautéed peppers, onions, black beans, and scrambled eggs inside a whole wheat tortilla. It's energizing, flavorful, and easy to take on the go.

Ingredientes

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • ⅓ cup onion, diced

  • ⅓ cup red/ green bell peppers, chopped

  • ⅓ cup cnn black beans

  • 1 whole wet tortilla

  • 1 egg

Preparación

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and peppers until soft throughout

  2. Add the black beans and saute for 1 more minute

  3. Add the mixture to the whole wheat tortilla

  4. Scramble an egg for the wrap

  5. Choose your topping and wrap the tortilla.
