A protein-rich, satisfying meal you can make ahead.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 reason Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3 cans tuna, drained
2 cups kale, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, mustard, and pepper.
Fold in the remaining ingredients and combine.
Place in a bowl, and enjoy!
