About the Recipe

A protein-rich, satisfying meal you can make ahead.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • 1 reason Dijon mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 cans tuna, drained

  • 2 cups kale, finely chopped

  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, mustard, and pepper.

  2. Fold in the remaining ingredients and combine.

  3. Place in a bowl, and enjoy!
