Crunchy homemade cinnamon chips served with a naturally sweet fruit dip—perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients
6 whole wheat tortillas
1 can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 apple, chopped
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F
Combine sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
Stack the tortillas and cut into 8 triangles. Arrange the tortillas on two baking sheets, and bake for 1o minutes until the tortillas begin to brown. zFlip, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture, and bake for 5 more minutes. Careful not to burn them.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the pineapple, apple, honey, and the remaining teaspoon of cinnamon. Dip and enjoy.
