Quick and tasty protein patties made from pantry staples.

Ingredients
1 can salmon, drained
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oil
Juice of 1 lemon, or 3 teaspoons lemon juice concentrate
Preparation
Mix all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl.
Divide into 4 burgers once mixed.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
Place burgers in a pan and fry until golden on each side and cooked all the way through. Enjoy…. Over salad, with dressing, veggies, or buns
