About the Recipe

Blended frozen canned fruit creates a smoothie-like base topped with granola, peanut butter, or honey. Refreshing, nutritious, and completely customizable.

Ingredients

  • Desired canned fruit

  • Honey

  • ½ cup Granola Oats

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)

Preparation

  1. Freeze the canned fruit that is desired

  2. Take 2 cups from the can and mix in a blender until the fruit is well blended and smooth.

  3. Top with ½ cup granola and peanut butter and/or honey. 

  4. Top with extra fresh fruit, and enjoy!
